Regal Crown Receptions offers a full selection of event necessities and decor that can theme your event to any style! Linens are available in a variety of colors and styles, so be sure to ask to view our color swatch during your consultation for your event. Many of our necessities can be rented for off-site use as well!
Necessities & Decor
Necessity rental rates are as follows:
- Round Top Table (Seats up to 8): $7/each
- Rectangle Banquet Table (Seats up to 8): $7/each
- Head Table (included with weddings): Call for pricing.
- Cabaret-Style Drink Table: $7/each
- Non-folding black padded chairs: $2/each
- Head table riser stage: Call for pricing.
- Full Stage w/stairs & skirt: Call for pricing.
Linen rental rates are as follows:
- Table cloths (white): $7 per tablecloth
- Table cloths (color): $7 per tablecloth
- Cloth Napkins (white): $1 per napkin
- Cloth Napkins (color): $1 per napkin
Decor rental rates are as follows:
- White overhead lace string lights, head table under lighting, chandelier over dance floor: $160 per event
- Table centerpieces: Call for styles, availability and pricing.
Entire Reception Hall + Bar Rental
Our entire reception hall is available for an hourly rental fee of $45/hour (excludes all wedding services). This includes seating up to 250, restrooms and cleanup. A rental deposit is required for all events.
Full Service Bar
Need a smaller space and a full service bar? Rent just our bar area separately, which includes seating up to 50 people and a bartender, for just $45/hour.
Do you want to cater your own event? Our kitchen facility is for rent by non professional cooks. If you do not want to cater your entire menu, our catering staff is available to complete your meal.
Renting the kitchen facility includes the use of:
- Walk-in cooler
- Preparation tables
- Ice Machine
Does not include use of:
- Preparation/serving utensils or dishes
- Kitchen appliances except sinks
Additional charges will incur if the kitchen is not left in the condition as when you entered it.
Kitchen Facility is available for just $150.
Rent our commercial proofer/warmer to keep your warm dishes warm before serving at your event.
Rent our proofer/warmer for just $75.
The reception hall features many unique lighting options that are available for your event!
- Ceiling mounted white miniature lights encased in a delicate white lace fabric: $35.
- Chandelier: $25
- Lighting over guest tables: $50
- Lighting above dance floor: $50
Entire lighting package (includes all of the above): $160
You may bring your own lighting to support your event. Please bring your own extension cords. An additional hourly decorating fee will apply.
Hosting something the requires extensive decorating? Pay a small hourly fee to gain access to the reception hall before your event and decorate it however you desire! $20/hr.

We work closely with area hotels and transportation providers to ensure your wedding party, event guests, or entertainment providers receives excellent rates and safe transportation. Contact us today to learn more about these services.
We see a lot of different entertainers for a variety of events, and we can recommend excellent DJ’s, Musicians, Magicians, Hypnotists and more! Ask for recommendations during your event consultation.
A $250.00 damage deposit is required on any rental and due 7 days prior to the date of the event. The deposit will be returned to you within 7 days after the event, if you if no major damage has occurred.
